Psychological Causes:
Scientific studies have shown that 40 percent of insomniacs have mental disorders, and insomnia can be caused by several psychological reasons, including the depression, anxiety, family or work pressure.
And when we did mention “Mental Disorders”, it doesn’t mean that who suffers from insomnia is mentally ill or unstable, but due to the intervention of many reasons, his/her lifestyle or daily habits have changed which affected his/her sleepiness.

Almost all those who suffers from those psychological causes ignores or they act like they ignore it, to not be called crazy, insane or mentally unstable; Depression can lead to waking up early, but anxiety will lead to not being able to get to sleep.
